| Pushcart Players in Washington D.C. |
| In 1992 Pushcart Players performed, by special invitation, at the White House for Fourth of July festivities for White House Staff, their families and other invited guests. |
| Dressed in Colonial costumes, the ensemble presented excerpts from several American History shows in the Pushcart repertoire, including “American Sampler,” Three Cheers For America” and “A More Perfect Union.” An estimated 5000 people were in attendance on the South Lawn. Performances were followed by a grand display of July Fourth fireworks. |

| Pushcart Players was invited to perform “Stone Soup & Other Stories” on the South Lawn of the White House. The presentation was part of entertainment scheduled throughout the day of the annual Easter Egg Roll for children of Washington D.C. |
| Following the performance, Barbara Bush wrote, “ . . . your performance at the White House ensured a truly special day for so many children and their families.” |
