America" is a high-spirited and fast paced musical journey that
explores
ethnic roots and promotes the value of multi-culturalism in the United
States.
Beyond
presenting the heartbeat of the country through its people and their
music,
"Dear America" celebrates cultural diversity and the triumph of the
human spirit.

designed for young audiences from K thru 8, "Dear America" is filled
with
color and motion and provides a very special moment of arts in

Happily Ever After
A Cinderella Tale
A
musical adaptation of the classic tale that takes us on a magical
journey, fueled by inner beauty, courage and kindness as they triumph
over greed, arrogance and bully behavior. Filled with many learning
opportunities this enduring story and beautiful musical is the essence

About Pushcart Players!
Pushcart is currently
celebrating its 34th season of stirring up serious fun - not only
throughout most of the U.S., but also in the former Soviet Union, in the Czech Republic
and in two guest appearances at the
White House. The dynamic company is
the recipient of an Emmy nomination for two prime time specials on
WCBS-TV; and numerous awards for excellence and innovation in the
development
of theatre for young audiences.

All Pushcart programs
foster arts basic to education as described in "National Standards for
Arts In Education" and "Goals 2000" and are shaped by Higher Order
Thinking Skills (HOTS) and the SCANS Report. All programs offer
students the opportunity to develop critical thinking skills, problem
solving and self-discipline.
